Application examples

VALLON's EMS series offers demagnetization systems for individual parts and sensitive components in industrial applications. The systems are designed for demagnetizing shafts, spindles, forming tools, and other component parts, especially when these cannot be transported on roller conveyors. Additionally, the series enables demagnetization of packaged and unpackaged goods as stacked or bulk material on Euro pallets or in wire mesh boxes.

VALLON's EJT series enables the demagnetization of various workpiece sizes in industrial manufacturing processes. The system is designed for demagnetizing flat, compact workpieces or smaller quantities of bulk material in carriers or washing baskets up to larger individual components. It is suitable for vertically oriented stacked goods and flat workpieces in carriers as well as bulk material on conveyors. For example, for demagnetizing turned and milled parts, steel plates, gears and bearing rings, as well as vertically arranged tools made of tool steel.
