EJT series for cleaning processes

System design and functionality

The EJT series is equipped with the EG2422 low-frequency generator and designed for demagnetization before technical cleaning processes. The system is based on a double high-performance yoke integrated into a conveyor belt line. The compact modular design facilitates chaining with the feeding of your cleaning system.

Technical specifications

The system is suitable for batches with a maximum height of 300 millimeters for single-layer loading and 200 millimeters for multi-layer arrangements. The batch track width can vary from 150 to 1,200 millimeters.

Process features

The EJT demagnetization system is particularly well-suited for demagnetizing vertically positioned batch items as well as flat, compact workpieces. An optional height adjustment of the upper yoke allows flexible adaptation to different workpiece or batch heights for optimal demagnetization performance. The consistently customer-specific design is specially aligned with the requirements of downstream cleaning systems.
