EJT series for flat components
System design and functionality
The EJT series is designed for precise demagnetization of small flat components. The system is based on a high-performance yoke positioned below the conveyor belt. The design enables both mobile and stationary use.
Technical specifications
The system is designed for workpieces with a maximum height of 30 millimeters. The track width can vary from 150 to 1,200 millimeters. If needed, the conveyor belt can be equipped with cleats for better workpiece transport.
Process features
The EJT demagnetization system is suitable for demagnetizing flat individual parts and small bulk materials. The flexible design allows integration into existing production lines or mobile use as a standalone solution. The system ensures uniform demagnetization even at high throughput.
