System Design and Functionality

The EMS series for heavy loads is designed for demagnetizing large-format semi-finished product packages or large workpieces and tools. The system combines a high-performance coil mounted on a linear guide with powerful low-frequency generators of types EG2440 or EG2450.

Technical Specifications

The system handles workpieces with a maximum length of 3.5 meters and enables demagnetization of goods up to 5,000 kilograms. The design can be configured for Euro pallets or with a flat workpiece tray for holding the workpieces.

Process Features

The system ensures gentle treatment of sensitive surfaces while minimizing setup time without time-consuming repacking of goods. Loading is done from the side using floor conveyor vehicles or by crane from above, ensuring smooth material flow into existing logistics processes.
