System design and functionality
The EMS series offers a specialized demagnetization solution for semi-finished products, tools, and packaged goods on Euro pallets. The system combines a high-performance coil on a linear guide with a specially designed stainless steel support tray that features an integrated clamping mechanism for Euro pallets.
Technical specifications
The system is designed for workpieces with maximum dimensions of 120 x 80 cm and handles loads up to 1,200 kilograms. Depending on requirements, the system is equipped with either the EG2440 or EG2450 low-frequency generator.
Process features
The design enables easy side loading with floor conveyor vehicles and minimizes setup times. The standardized mounting for Euro pallets ensures smooth material flow into existing logistics processes.
