System design and functionality

The EMS series demagnetization solution is equipped with the EG2422S LF generator and specifically designed for precise demagnetization of sensitive individual parts. The system is based on a high-performance coil mounted on a linear guide. The integrated stainless steel support tray with rubber insert or plastic supports ensures secure and gentle workpiece positioning.

Technical specifications

The system enables processing of workpieces with a maximum length of 3.5 meters and a weight of up to 1,200 kilograms. The design is configured for top loading via crane, ensuring safe and efficient handling of even heavy workpieces.

Process features

A special feature is the gentle stationary demagnetization, without movement of the workpiece. This method is particularly well-suited for workpieces with sensitive surfaces. Due to its compact design, the system is also suitable for locations with limited space.
