Demagnetization with coils

Demagnetization coils generate an alternating magnetic field along their pass-through axis. Since the field lines in the coil run parallel to the transport direction, the coil is optimal for demagnetizing horizontal elongated workpieces. They are also suitable for horizontally or diagonally positioned workpieces in placement boxes.

Demagnetization with yokes

Demagnetization yokes generate a very strong alternating magnetic field that emerges perpendicular to the surface. They are therefore excellently suited for vertical rod-shaped and flat horizontal workpieces. Three different yoke versions are available: Small yokes EMJ, high-performance yokes EMJ, and high-performance double yokes EMJ-2 for multi-layer stacked goods.

For flexibility and cost-effectiveness

LF generators and generators

LF generators produce low-frequency current for powering coils or yokes. Depending on the size and mass of the workpiece, a lower frequency of the alternating magnetic field is required. Solid workpieces and filled washing baskets require a very strong permanent or pulsed alternating magnetic field. For maximum flexibility and cost-effectiveness, VALLON therefore offers various power levels.
