Application
Demagnetizing of small steel parts as pins, bolts etc., as well as hand-operated tools (for example screw drivers, callipers). The workpieces are transported over the yoke by means of a conveyor belt or by hand (“pull over the yoke”).
Product description
Housing made of plastic and contact protection plate made of GRP (glass-fibre reinforced plastic) with protection class IP55. The standard effective width is 50 or 100 mm; individual effective widths on request.
The yokes are equipped with rubber feet. These yokes can be used as tabletop units or with a conveyor belt by means of the provided fixing holes. The EMJ05 is also available with a handle for degaussing flat steel sheets or sheet metal constructions with low material thickness.
Small yokes are operated with mains voltage with a duty cycle of 100 %.
