Service & Repair

Submit service request & receive RMA number

To process your service request as quickly as possible, please use the following form.
Once your request has been submitted, you will immediately receive an RMA number by email.
Please include this RMA number when sending your device.

The next steps:

  1. Please fill out the form completely. You must provide your company name, serial number, and customer reference number.

  2. Then select the desired service type (inspection/calibration or troubleshooting).

  3. Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

  4. If necessary, you can upload relevant images or videos (JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, max. 10 MB).

  5. After receiving the RMA number, please print out the confirmation email and enclose it with the device.
